Izzat Marji Group is looking to recruit a highly motivated Quality Assurance officer with the following details:
Responsibilities:
- Help in Preparing the internal audit and the reports
- Follow up with all the departments to close the NCRs (Non-conformity reports)
- maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Certificate
- Write the SOPs (Standard operating procedure) and modify the existing SOPs to guarantee continuous improvement
- Draw Process map for the SOPs
- Follow up with departments to ensure the proper execution of their procedures’ KPIs.
- Receiving customer complaints and following up with the related parties to take the actions needed and make sure that the client is satisfied.
- Documentation and implementation For ISO 50001- Energy management system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering)
- 0-2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Relevant training/courses in Quality Assurance or Quality in General
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Professional user of MS office.
- Ability to work with the team.
- Adhering to principles & values.
- Learning & researching.
- Adapting & responding to change.
