Accountabilities & Key Roles :
Provide fast and effective quality IT supports to all system users against agreed Service level agreement and Operational Level Agreement.
Ensure strict adherence to P&Ps and prompt closure of audit findings.
Follow Incident Management Process and use the formal Service Management tool.
Participate in Problem Management process where requested, along with any Service Management Process
Participate in the development of Service level agreement with concerned parties when requested.
Participate in the development and updates of the technical Knowledgebase with workarounds and permanent solutions.
Provide internal clients with advice and recommendations with regards to their IT needs and respective solutions.
Ensure closure of the audit findings.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field.
Up to 5 years of IT service support experience.
Excellent in English.
Interpersonal and analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Excellent service culture.
Good team player.
Good Documentation Skills.
Service Management methodologies and best business practices.
