- This role is primary responsible for documentation, analysis, and Business Process Reengineering.The primary purpose of this role is to develop new or review, enhance and update existing processes, SLAs and process maps, in coordination with the process owners, in order to rectify operational issues and contribute to the achievement of business excellence standards within Bank al Etihad.
