  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. ·      
  •    Admin experience for 1-2 years.

وصف الوظيفة

  • Supervise the recruitment process of outsourced employees; as per JICE Standards and ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner and with the most suitable candidates.
  • Work hand in hand with the different functions to plan all outsourcing needs within AOP and budgets, on the short term and long terms.
  • Conduct the HR orientation for new outsourced joiners to ensure they are familiar with company policies, COC, safety, rules and regulations.
  • Establish a good relationship and work hand in hand with outsourcing vendors.
  • Maintain up to date outsourced employees’ files to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare HR outsourcing related monthly reports.
  • Administer the disciplinary actions in a strict manner to outsourced employees in coordination with the management from the vendor’s side.
  • Keep and maintain TA records, timesheets and attendance records for outsourced employees.
  • Work closely with IT on closure and termination of accounts upon outsourced employees’ separation. 
  • Receive, track and safeguard all employment offers and other required employment documents from outsourcing companies.
  • Prepare all invoices for outsourcing companies on monthly basis according to the contracts.
  • Ensure that all new outsourced joiners attend all trainings required as per the company standards.
