Position: Administrative Staff
Location: Amman Gardens
Salary Range: 450 to 650 JD (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office.
- Efficiently manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform various other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (A Bachelor's degree is preferred).
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks.
