We are seeking to hire a Junior Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analyst for the internal Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, this role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across the bank stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a pool of qualified talent.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline and increase the talent bank.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and formulate recruitment strategies.
Maintain comprehensive records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and documentation.
Enter candidate information into the database for future reference and tracking purposes.
Evaluate recruitment metrics to gauge the efficacy of the hiring process.
Assist in facilitating the onboarding procedures for new hires.
Contribute to the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies to align with organizational goals.
Support the creation and maintenance of workforce reports and dashboards.
Assist in crafting and refining job role success profiles utilizing the Korn Ferry (Hay) methodology.
Aid in designing the organizational structure (OD).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
0-3 years of experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
