Job Vacancy: Junior Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analyst

We are seeking to hire a Junior Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analyst for the internal Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with various stakeholders across the bank.

Main Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a pool of qualified talent.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline and increase the talent bank.

Collaboration and Planning:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create recruitment plans.

Record Keeping:

Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.

Add data to the database of potential candidates.

Analysis and Evaluation:

Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the hiring process.

Onboarding Support:

Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.

Workforce Planning:

Assist in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs.

Support in the creation and maintenance of workforce reports and dashboards.

Job Role Design:

Assist in writing and redesigning job roles Success Profiles using the Korn Ferry (Hay) methodology.

Organizational Design:

Assist in designing the Organizational Structure (OD).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work closely with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
