Job Vacancy: Junior Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analyst
Company Overview: We are seeking a talented Junior Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analyst to join our internal Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with various stakeholders across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a pool of qualified talent.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to enhance the candidate pipeline and expand the talent bank.
Collaboration and Planning:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related documentation.
- Update and manage the database of potential candidates.
Analysis and Evaluation:
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the hiring process.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding processes for new hires.
Workforce Planning:
- Contribute to developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of workforce reports and dashboards.
Job Role Design:
- Assist in writing and redesigning job roles and Success Profiles using the Korn Ferry (Hay) methodology.
Organizational Design:
- Assist in designing the Organizational Structure (OD).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
