IT Telecom Support Specialist
ccountabilities and Key Roles:
- Provide fast and effective quality IT support for Telecom Services against agreed SLA / OLA.
- Monitor and maintain the availability of IT Telecom service and components.
- Provide fast and effective quality for telecom received request and changes.
- Ensure strict adherence to P&Ps and prompt closure of audit findings.
- Document all IT support calls and provide the needed support in timely manner and quality.
- Ensure the adherence of solutions and services to P&Ps and country.
- Participate in generating periodic status reports.
- Participate in implementing all the related P&P.
- Effectively follow up periodic preventive maintenance plan items and document all related observation.
- Follow Incident Management Process and use the formal Service Management tool
- Participate and Developing Knowledgebase.
- Provide internal clients with advice and recommendations with regards to their IT needs and respective solutions.
- Imlement and maintain new phone devises system.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized University.
Experience:
- Up to 3 years of IT operations and services support & delivery experience within a large company.
Competencies:
- Very good in English and Arabic.
- Interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate and work collectively with business partners.
- Service Management methodologies and best business practices, ex. ITIL
