Responsibilities:

Provides technical leadership on database projects of varying size and difficulty including large projects with critical time constraints and/or significant business risks associated.

Coordinates with developers to improve and modernize applications.

Developing database structures and features according to organizational needs.

Performs database administration tasks including upgrades, maintenance, migration, upgrading patches, user administration, tuning, and backup/restores.

Commission and install new applications and customize existing applications in order to make them fit for purpose.

Monitoring database efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

7+ years’ experience in database management or similar role.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

Advances proficiency in structured query language.

Advanced expertise with relational databases, specifically Oracle, and SQL Server.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of database technologies, migration, architecture, and data security.

Proven working experience in Cloud Environment.
