Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Conduct financial advisory services for corporate and individual clients in terms of business valuations, feasibility studies, market studies and business plans.
Arrange equity financing for private equities in the local market and the region with potential strategic and financial investors.
Arrange Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A’s) and Initial Public Offerings on behalf of corporates in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Offer a full range of financial advisory services as per the clients’ needs (Risk studies, restructuring, privatization,…).
Team leader with a direct reporting to the Research & Financial Advisory Manager
Qualifications (Technical and personal skills):
Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Banking or Investment.
Professional related certification (CFA, CVA,…) is highly preferred.
Master degree or MBA from a reputable international university is preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge in all equity valuation methodologies as well as economic/financial analysis tools.
Excellent knowledge in the best practices and market standards of financial advisory services.
Knowledge in the local capital markets including SME’s in terms of regulations.
Good command in financial statements analysis.
Minimum 3 years of experience related to financial advisory and investments.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
