Kempinski Hotel Amman is looking for a talented Security Supervisor who will be a vibrant addition to the Security Team.
As a Security Supervisor you are kindly requested to apply the following tasks:
· Conducts regular patrols of the building internally and externally.
· Advises the Security Manager or Duty Manager of any irregularities noticed.
· Documents all incidents which take place during his/her shift.
· Investigates and follows up on items, both guest and employee, alleged as lost or damaged and disputes which may happen.
· Ensures that all visitors/contractors to the hotel register with Security and are issued with hotel identification cards.
· Ensures that the correct procedure is followed for outgoing/incoming items.
· Checks items outgoing/incoming to ensure they match with paperwork.
· Ensures that the established hotel procedures are followed.
· Advises management of an irregularity in a guest or employee’s behavior.
· In difficult situations assists hotel employees to uphold management directions.
· Records all keys collected from and returned to Security
· Ensures all the employees timekeeping correctly.
· When in public areas make every effort to assist guests and to portray a pleasant image.
· Carries out periodical spot checks of staff bags and belongings, when they are leaving, as directed by the Security department head.
· Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the loading bay and surrounding areas at all times.
· Implement the safety and evacuation procedures as required by the hotel fire policy.
· Complies with the hotel health, safety and hygiene policy.
· Comply with the company standards in relation to personal presentation.
· Performs related duties and special projects assigned.
· Attend any training sessions or meetings as advised by the Manager.
· Any other duties that may be requested by the Security department head.
· Education Level: Diploma Degree is a must.
· Job Details: Unlimited employment contract.
· Job Level: Level 5 - You will be directly reporting to the Assistant Security Manager.
· Payment: According to the hotel salaries scale.
· Industry: Hospitality Industry.
