Looking for a rewarding volunteer opportunity?
We are recruiting a Monitoring and Evaluation Volunteer to support the M&E Department for 3 months/5
days per month/6 hours per day, with travel to the field as needed.
Responsibilities:
– Revise and compare digital and hard copy attendance lists
– Conduct phone calls and home visits to households of potential beneficiaries for verification or
household follow-ups.
– Respond to the beneficiaries’ inquiries, record them, and follow up with the cases and their questions.
– Conduct follow-up visits with beneficiaries to monitor their situation, post distribution/action feedback.
– Assist in developing monitoring tools
-Contribute to overall monitoring and evaluation efforts in accordance with the plan, including
monitoring, data collection, data entry, analysis, focus group discussions.
Location: Amman
Remuneration: 12 JOD/daily stipend against transportation and refreshment costs.

المسؤوليات:
· مراجعة ومقارنة قوائم الحضور الرقمية والمطبوعة
· إجراء مكالمات هاتفية وزيارات منزلية للأسر المستفيدة المحتملة للمتابعة أو لتدقيق وتأكيد المعلومات
· الرد على استفسارات المستفيدين وتسجيلها، ومتابعة الحالات واستفساراتهم· إجراء زيارات متابعة مع المستفيدين
لرصد أوضاعهم ، ومتابعات ما بعد التوزيع /و أراء المستفيدين· المساعدة في تطوير أدوات المتابعة.
· المساهمة في جهود المتابعة والتقييم الشاملة، بما في ذلك امتابعة وجمع البيانات، وإدخال البيانات، والتحليل،
ومناقشة المجموعات المركزه.
الموقع: عمان
البدلات: 12 دينار / يوم مقابل تكاليف التنقل والمرطبات.
