We are seeking to hire a Junior Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analyst for the internal Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, this role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across the bank stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a pool of qualified talent.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline and increase the talent bank.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
Maintain records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and paperwork.
Input candidate data into the database for future reference.
Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the hiring process.
Assist with the onboarding processes for new employees.
Aid in developing and executing workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs.
Support the creation and upkeep of workforce reports and dashboards.
Assist in writing and redesigning job role success profiles using the Korn Ferry (Hay) methodology.
Assist in designing the organizational structure (OD).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
