Job Title: HR Volunteer
Organization: ActionAid Arab Region
Reports to: HR and Recruitment Advisor
Closing date: 6th August 2023
Responsibilities:
Data Import:
Assist in importing HR-related data into the HR system with accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with HR and admin team members to gather and organize data.
Verify data consistency and make corrections as needed.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
Document Scanning and Filing:
Scan HR documents like employee records, contracts, and appraisals.
Maintain digital files systematically and securely.
Implement naming conventions and file structures for easy access.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR procedures.
Data Integrity and Quality:
Assist in data cleansing and verification to uphold high standards.
Identify and rectify data discrepancies in the HR system.
Develop procedures to enhance data accuracy and management.
General HR Support:
Prepare reports and summaries based on imported data.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Support HR team in various tasks and projects.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of HR principles (certification or related experience is a plus).
Knowledge of Menaitech system is advantageous.
Proficiency in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Duration: One month (12 days total, extendable), 3 days per week (9:30 am to 2:30 pm).
Payment: 15 JD per day.
